Hi, my name is Kari (not Clementine) and I am the new owner and baker of Clementine Cupcake Company. I was born and raised right here on the Central Coast of California! I must confess that I actually have no culinary training or background, but I do have a major sweet tooth and I love to bake! My primary focus is being a mom to my two girls Makenna and Aria but when I had the opportunity to own Clementine's I had to jump on it! I am also the artist of Macrame by Kari and love making one of a kind wedding backdrops. I love being creative and baking is another way for me to use my creativity while also helping to support my family. Clementine Cupcake Company has been providing fresh made to order, from scratch organic cupcakes since 2008. A couple years later, cookies were added to the menu and in 2015 we launched Clementine's mobile cookie cafe providing even more fun to your event! We are a small operation so thank you for understanding if I am already booked when you want to order or if I need to limit your flavor choices due to other orders scheduled.

Why the name Clementine? Well, a clementine (mandarin orange) is said to be "small, sweet, and popular with kids". I thought that described a cupcake perfectly as well. I hope that my logo invokes not only a clementine but also the swirl of the frosting as you look down on one of my cupcakes. Thanks for visiting. Clementine Cupcake Company was featured in both Better Homes and Gardens and Mixing Bowl magazines in the summer of 2009 for winning the "Calling All Cupcakes" contest!
